Mounting to the float block, MarineNav's Hull Crawler can be used to position the ROV against a vessel's hull or other smooth surface to create a secure connection allowing for greatly improved ease of inspection. This device greatly improves the pilots ability to maintain position and safely navigate a vessel's hull. Contact MarineNav for More Information
Designed by MarineNav and manufactured on-site, the Oceanus Thruster Guard is designed to minimize potential damage that may occur from foreign materials being entangled in the thruster propellers. Constructed with marine-grade materials, the thruster guard is
designed to fit over the thruster assembly without effecting propeller motion, and is locked in place by four threaded bolts and fasteners. Thruster Guards are easily installed requiring a minimum of tools and time.
Sonar systems are ideal attachments allowing increased ROV functionality in low visibility situations. Each class of MarineNav Oceanus ROV system has been designed to operate with a sonar attachment. Check ROV specifications for compatibility. MarineNav supports many popular brands of third-party accessories. Call MarineNav for more information.
The Gemini 720im fuses Tritech’s Gemini multibeam technology with Tritech’s Micron technology to create the world’s smallest multibeam imaging sonar.
The Tritech Micron Sonar is the smallest digital CHIRP sonar in the world and is ideal for use by small ROVs, as a first-rate obstacle avoidance sonar in miniature form.
The Gemini 720ik is a real-time, high-frequency multibeam imaging sonar. Utilising Tritech’s advanced processing electronics, at 1m range the sonar offers a world-class 97Hz update rate to produce high-quality, video-like imagery.

Ultrasonic thickness gauges can be used to measure metal thickness even through coatings. The probe does not need to touch the surface under test, as measurements can be taken through 5 mm (0.2 inch) of water. Readings are not influenced by the probe orientation.
Underwater searches and surveys often require that the precise position of the ROV be known so that observations can be geo-referenced or the position can be relocated on a future dive. MarineNav supports several acoustic and tether based position tracking systems.
With all of our ROV systems designed and manufuctured on-site MarineNav is positioned to provide an extensive range of ROV replacement parts that replace ROV modular components over normal wear. Many of MarineNav's replacement parts can easily be replaced in a minimum amount of time and with a minimum number of tools, and MarineNav's service department with knowlegable technicians are available to offer support for specialized ROV part replacement.
